What to Expect

Here are some things you’ll want to know:
  1. We won’t pretend to know what you need until we spend time with you.
  2. Sorry, you won’t hear us telling you what you want to hear, we will tell you what you NEED to hear. It’s time to check your ego at the door. Our relationship and what is discussed is confidential—when you pick your ego back up on your way out, nothing we discuss will ever be compromised.
  3. We get things done quickly in a straight forward way without charging you an arm and a leg. We are smart and efficient because no one has time to be anything else. We treat your hard earned money like our own. If you don’t need the luxury model when the basic will do, why do it? But if you want it, we can help you there too!
  4. Everything we do is done with good old fashioned values. Integrity is what we build our name on.
  5. You don’t want someone who cares about impressing you with words only we understand—just like we (hope!) you don’t lose us in your own technical mumbo jumbo. You can expect straight talk to help avoid communication barriers.
Here is the process we go through:
  1. Give us a call and we’ll have an initial chat to see if it makes sense to meet.
  2. In our first meeting, we will talk about your organization. Simply put—we talk about you, your business, your philosophy, what’s going well, what’s not & what you really need AND want.
  3. If we feel we can help you, we will tell you by the end of your first meeting. Before we finish our meeting, we will schedule the follow up appointment, which is when we come back to you with our recommendations. For medium to larger organizations, this may include the more thorough “Top down and Bottom up” and/or “CIS” analysis.
  4. At your next meeting, we will present our recommendations we believe will accomplish what you need. We won’t beat around the bush; you are too busy for that. You’ll want to be prepared to make a decision to take the next step; so bring in anyone who needs to be involved in the decision to the meeting. You don’t have a lot of time to waste and neither do we, so let’s have a serious look at where we go from here and make a decision to work together—or not.
  5. When we have an agreement, we will tell you what comes next by providing you with a timeline –in writing.
  6. If you call or email us, we will get back to you within 24 hours unless we’ve told you otherwise. Don’t worry, we won’t abandon you.
  7. Depending on what we are doing together, we will follow up with you on a regularly scheduled basis. This too, will be determined as part of our agreement.
